28.06.2009 DCX WARMED UP FOR SCOOTER


A week ago DCX warmed up for the German dance legend Scooter at Kalajoen Juhannus festivals, and once again it was one of those top events of the year! The band wishes to thank everyone who were there and big ups for the technicians for making the tech side so great!

Meanwhile the band has been in studio recording new songs, and some of them were showcased at the festivals for public for the first time. Stay tuned!

Finnish entertainment channel online, STARA, interviewed DCX for their latest podcast. What's even cooler is you can get the podcast for your NSeries Nokia anywhere in Europe. 16.05.2008 MILLIONS BROKEN AGAIN
"Flying High" song has again broken limits in millions for it has reached 1,5 million listeners through Youtube. Earlier "Flying High" faced over one million downloads through various mp3 websites and mp3.com. Needless to say how many more copies has been spread in CDR and mp3 trades between the end-users :)

02.06.2007 DCX RELEASED THE FIRST HD MUSIC VIDEO
DCX has released the first true HD music video in Finland at 720p and 1080p formats, which is a cover version of "Knowing me, knowing you", approved by ABBA! Earlier bands have done their videos on film, but the end result has been printed for public in DVD resolution only. The video was shot not only in Finland, but also in Latvia on eastern Europe's biggest club La Rocca, Berlin Potzdam Platz, London city center, Montserrat and Barcelona city center. The single is scheduled for release at 13th of June.

23.01.2007 CHART SUCCESS
DCX was chosen as 5th best national artist of 2006 by Discopress! "Flying High" single spent the total of 48 weeks on the official Finnish Disco Chart being #1 for four weeks in a row! Currently the new song "Hold Me" has climbed up to #12 on the Finnish Disco Chart behind the foot prints of "Flying High".

The band landed back to studio after a successful weekend playing to sold out venues with Basshunter and Basic Element. Friday evening gloss raised at Himos Arena with full house by mid-night and Saturday was a blast at Mietaa NS with more than 2000 people, where the hosts needed to open the second tickets sales door for the first time in 20 years! Last time the second doors were opened was back in the 1980ies when the most successful Finnish band Dingo played there! Sunday was spent at private gig in Helsinki with Basic Element and around 700 vip guests at the club. The band wants to thank both Basshunter and Basic Element for bringing in such crowds to perform for! :)

DCX SUMMERTOUR 2006
DCX ended the Summertour 2006 at midsummer festivals in Kalajoki with massive support from the crowd! During the tour DCX performed in events and arenas aside artists like Vinyl Shakerz, Akcent, September, Groove Coverage, Ian van Dahl, Basic Element, Swedish popstars Natural Ex and others!

The band is not performing in July due to current work on the next releases.
